– Potatoes – Cauliflower – Chicken stock – Olive oil – Onion – Celery – Carrots – Beef – Dill – Salt & pepper – Cheese – Pickle juice
In a large pot, cook cauliflower and potatoes in chicken stock until fork-tender. Blend into a smooth mixture. In a separate pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil.
Add ground beef and garlic, cook until beef is no longer pink. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Pour in remaining chicken stock and the cauliflower-potato blend.
