White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Enjoy a cookie that is both salty and sweet with this White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies recipe. Made with standard baking ingredients, two extract flavors, and of course, white chocolate, these are always a crowd favorite!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped salted macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add in eggs and extracts and continue to beat. Set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well until all combined.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  5. Refrigerate dough for at least 60 minutes.
  6. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop 3 tbsp of dough using a cookie scoop onto cookie tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just slightly golden on the bottom edge. Let cool completely before serving.
