Method
- Start prepping the salad by adding lettuce and cabbages to a large bowl. Add on carrots, pepper, chicken, cilantro, and green onion and toss to mix together.
- Add on mandarin oranges, salted peanuts, chow mein noodles, and sesame seeds.
- In a glass measuring cup, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over top of salad and toss gently using tongs until well coated and salad is mixed.
- Serve!
