Classic Skinny Margarita

This lightened-up margarita keeps all the refreshing citrus flavor of a classic margarita while cutting back on sugar. Made with tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, stevia, and a splash of club soda, it's a simple cocktail that comes together in minutes and is perfect for happy hour, taco night, or summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 oz blanco tequila
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 4.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 packet or 12 drops stevia
  • club soda or lime club soda
  • margarita salt
  • lime slices

Method
 

  1. Wet the rim of two margarita glasses with the wedge of a lime. Dip into margarita salt so the rim is coated.
  2. Fill glasses with ice. Fill shaker with ice.
  3. In shaker, add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and stevia. Place lid on tight and shake.
  4. Pour equally into two margarita glasses, then top each glass with seltzer. Stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
  5. Enjoy!
