Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Then whisk in milk, almond butter, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with granola, nut butter, sliced almonds, etc.
