Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries

Method
 

  1. In a blender, mix together all ingredients except blueberries until smooth.
  2. Stir in blueberries.
  3. Heat griddle over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
  4. Add 1/4 cup batter to griddle. Flip when bubbling and golden brown on bottom. Repeat until all batter is used up.

Notes
