Method
- Cook pasta according to box directions. Set aside.
- Chop and prep all veggies.
- Prepare salad dressing by whisking together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
- In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, pepper, tomatoes, onion, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, and olives.
- Drizzle dressing over top, then mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley, and gently toss.
- Serve
