Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6 inch cast iron skillet (can also use an 8x8 pan).
In a small bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30 seconds increments in the microwave until fully melted. Set aside and let cool.
In a large bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until mixed.
To the chocolate, whisk two eggs and coconut sugar.
Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour into skillet and top with more chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
