Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line 8x8 with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oat flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
  4. Whisk in two eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined. Fold in 1/2 of the Cadbury eggs.
  6. Pour and press evenly into bottom of baking dish. Top with remaining Cadbury eggs.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before eating.
