Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pitted dates packed firmly.
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Sea salt

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, combine dates, tahini, maple syrup.
  2. Add in almond flour and a pinch sea salt. Blend again, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If you need to add a few sprinkles of water to ensure fully combined, add now.
  4. Spread into pan and place in freezer for at least two hours.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
