Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder about 3 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

Method
 

  1. In a high powered blender, add ingredients in order as listed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and top with granola, nuts, or more peanut butter!
