- In a large salad bowl, add lettuce. Add sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
- Mix together all of the dressing ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
- Pour dressing overtop of salad and toss until well combined. Serve!

Notes
- Add the dressing right before serving. This keeps the pears from browning and greens the greens from wilting.
- Make ahead and longer storage. Keep the dressing and salad separate and hold off on slicing the pears until you're ready to eat.
- Mix well. Whisk all ingredients (balsamic, honey, dijon, olive oil) together really well so it fully emulsifies and coats every bite.
