  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  2. Steam broccoli in microwave or on stove top until fork tender. Set aside.
  3. Cut chicken up into small bitesized pieces.
  4. Toss chicken with oil and all spices. Lay flat in air fryer and cook in preheated air fryer at 400F to 12 minutes or until chicken is 160F internally.

Notes

  • Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces before air frying. This helps everything cook evenly and makes it easier to load up your bowls — plus it gets more of that sticky sauce on every single bite.
  • Don't rush the sauce. After adding the arrowroot slurry, let the sauce boil for a full 4-5 minutes until it has greatly thickened. That's what gives it that gorgeous, glossy sticky texture.
  • Make it your own! This recipe is super flexible so feel free to swap in tofu or shrimp, add extra veggies like snap peas or red onion, or use cauliflower rice for a lower-carb option. The sticky sauce makes everything taste amazing.
