- In a sauce pot, add rolled oats and almond milk. Turn heat on to medium-high and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium, stirring occasionally. Let cook another 10-15 minutes or until creamy. Turn off heat.
- Add maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until all combined and very creamy.
- In a sauce pan, heat over medium and add coconut oil. Add chopped apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir together with spatula and let cook 5-6 minutes or until apples have softened.
- Distribute oatmeal into bowls and top with cinnamon apples.
