Ingredients
– Carrots – Broccoli – Salt & pepper – Nutmeg – Milk – Cheese – Arrowroot powder
In a Dutch oven, sauté onion in avocado oil until softened. Add garlic and cook.
Whisk in flour, then chicken stock until smooth. Bring to a boil, add broccoli, carrots, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and cook.
Stir in milk and cheese, then add a slurry of arrowroot and milk to thicken.
Simmer and turn off heat and serve.
