Ingredients
– Ground turkey – Garlic – Onion – Oregano – Salt and pepper
Combine ground turkey, grated onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix with your hands and form into patties.
Heat avocado oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes per side. Reduce heat and cover after flipping to cook burgers through.
Serve with onion, tomato, and buns, or over lettuce.
