Ingredients
– Butter – Brown sugar – White sugar – Egg – Vanilla – Flour – Rolled oats
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until well combined, then add egg and vanilla until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips and raisins. Chill the batter for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into balls, flatten slightly, and make 24 cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy!
