  • 8oz feta block, broken up into chunks
  • 2oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives


  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 1/4 cup roasted + salted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • flakey sea salt


  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a food processor, blend together feta, cream cheese, hot honey, olive oil, and chives until well combined. Scrape down sides as needed.
  3. Pour into small baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Top with hot honey, pistachios, chives, and flakey sea salt. Serve with pita chips.
