Ingredients
- 8oz feta block, broken up into chunks
- 2oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives
Topping:
- 3 tbsp hot honey
- 1/4 cup roasted + salted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- flakey sea salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- In a food processor, blend together feta, cream cheese, hot honey, olive oil, and chives until well combined. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Pour into small baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Top with hot honey, pistachios, chives, and flakey sea salt. Serve with pita chips.
