Ingredients
- 2 cups walnuts
- 12 pitted medjool dates, softened (I like to soak in warm water for 5 minutes)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend together walnuts and dates until well combined/a ball forms.
- Add in protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, and blend again until well combined.
- Roll into 20 balls. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for an hour or place in fridge for 4 hours before eating. Store in fridge or freezer!
