Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter and vanilla.
  3. Let sit in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with fruit, more peanut butter, nuts, or coconut. Enjoy.
