Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Dip into my Crockpot buffalo chicken dip recipe, made with shredded chicken breast, Colby-Jack cheese, and blue cheese crumbles. It’s cheesy and tangy with just the right amount of kick! Serve it up as a tasty appetizer or as part of a Game Day spread.

  • 6 heaping cups cooked & shredded chicken breast
  • 8oz colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (I use Frank’s wing sauce)
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • green onion & blue cheese crumbles for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot, turn head to low. Add cream cheese.
  2. Add in chicken, colby jack cheese, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, ranch, and garlic powder. Roughly stir all together and put lid on top. Let cook 75-90 minutes or until warmed and cooked through totally, stirring after 45 minutes.
  3. Top with crumbled blue cheese and green onion and serve with chips. Enjoy!
