Ingredients
- 2 4oz cans tuna
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- slider buns
- lettuce
Aioli:
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add tuna and break up with fork.
- Mix in Greek yogurt, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Form into patties.
- Cook on medium-high heat in avocado oil for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- While cooking, whisk together all aioli ingredients. Top patties with aioli and add to bun with lettuce. Enjoy!
