Healthy S’mores Brownie Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 24 marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined. It will be thick.
  5. Lay graham crackers evenly over the parchment paper in the baking dish. You will have to break some up in order to get one flat layer.
  6. Pour batter over top of graham crackers, then spread evenly. Add marshmallows on top in rows.
  7. Bake for 34-36 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool at least ten minutes before eating.
