Ingredients
- 1.5 cups dates
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Soak dates for 10 minutes in hot water to soften. Drain and dry.
- Add dates to food processor with almonds, oats, and salt. Blend.
- Scrap down sides as needed and keep blending, process may take several minutes.
- Once ball as formed, roll into balls.
- Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments and then drizzle on top of balls.
- Place in fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 30 minutes.
