Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat butter and sugars until well combined. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mixing until all combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and raisins until well incorporated.
- Let batter chill for 30 minutes in fridge.
- Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll cookie dough into balls, then flatten slightly by pressing on top of each cooke dough round, making 24 cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
