Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I used salted)
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips/pieces.

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend cashews until very fine but not long enough that they start to turn into nut butter.
  2. Add in peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, and vanilla.
  3. Blend until ball forms, usually around 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in chocolate with spoon.
  5. Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer.
