Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and protein powder.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together yogurt and pumpkin. Then whisk in maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir in the morning and add desired toppings: banana, nut butter, granola, nuts.
