Raw Peanut Butter Cup Freezer Brownies


  • 1 cup packed, pitted medjool dates. (If hard, soak in warm water first)
  • 1/3 cup cacao (or cocoa powder)
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp water


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until ball forms and all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Flatten into brownie pan or bread pan (depending on desired thickness – I used a bread pan to make them thicker)
  4. Add sea salt to top if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hours.
