Trail Mix Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup goji berries (other dried fruit)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Press into 8×8 pan.
  3. Let rest in fridge or freezer overnight (I did freezer)
  4. Store in fridge or freezer.
