Ingredients
- 56 ritz crackers
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup fluff marshmallow
- 16oz white chocolate
- holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Lay all ritz crackers round side down on baking sheet.
- To 28 crackers, add 1 tsp peanut butter. To the other 28 crackers, add 1 tsp fluff. Press crackers together so that they are tight but not oozing out.
- Melt white chocolate at half power in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Once melted, dunk cracker sandwiches into chocolate, tossing to coat completely. Use a fork to transfer from bowl to parchment lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles. Refrigerate until harden or let set on counter. Store at room temp.
