Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 12 pitted medjool dates softened (I like to soak in warm water for 5 minutes)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. In a food processor, blend together walnuts and dates until well combined/a ball forms.
  2. Add in protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, and blend again until well combined.
  3. Roll into 20 balls. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for an hour or place in fridge for 4 hours before eating. Store in fridge or freezer!
