Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup cookie butter I used Biscoff
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups rice chex
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups lightly crushed Biscoff cookies

Method

  1. In a saucepan, heat butter until melted over medium-low heat.
  2. Add in cookie butter, chocolate chips and salt. Continuously stir until melted and once melted, turn off heat and remove from burner.
  3. Pour chex into a large bowl and then pour chocolate mixture over top. Using a large spoon, toss to coat until each chex is coated, but do so in a gentle way to not totally crush the chex.
  4. Pour on the powdered sugar and toss until completely coated again. Alternatively, add coated chex and powdered sugar to a large ziplock bag and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Enjoy!
