Method
- To finely shred chicken, add to food processor and pulse for 10 seconds. Alternatively shred by hand.
- Add shredded chicken to bowl with celery, red onion, and almonds.
- In a food processor, add herbs. Layer on yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until well combined and chicken is completely coated.
- Serve with crackers, on bread, or eat as is!
