Ingredients
  

  • 3 large cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup parsley
  • ½ cup dill
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • 1.5 cups 5% plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon dijon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. To finely shred chicken, add to food processor and pulse for 10 seconds. Alternatively shred by hand.
  2. Add shredded chicken to bowl with celery, red onion, and almonds.
  3. In a food processor, add herbs. Layer on yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  5. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until well combined and chicken is completely coated.
  6. Serve with crackers, on bread, or eat as is!
