Preheat air-fryer to 400F and line with aluminum foil/spray with non stick spray.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
In a large ziplock bag with a rolling pin or using a food processor, break down cornflakes until small pieces. Pour into bowl and mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In separate bowl, whisk two eggs with 2 tbsp hot honey.
Dip chicken into egg mixture, then cornflakes, pressing until until totally coated.
Air fry for 12 minutes.
While air-frying, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, add hot honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and cayenne. Once bubbling, reduce heat to medium and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat.
Pour sauce over chicken nuggets. Mix together spicy honey mayo and add to the top along with sesame seeds.
