No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Soak dates for 10 minutes in hot water to soften. Drain and dry.
  2. Add dates to food processor with almonds, oats, and salt. Blend.
  3. Scrap down sides as needed and keep blending, process may take several minutes.
  4. Once ball as formed, roll into balls.
  5. Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments and then drizzle on top of balls.
  6. Place in fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 30 minutes.
