  • 3 oz aperol
  • 3 oz peach nectar/juice I like Goya brand
  • 4 oz prosecco
  • 3 oz club soda
  • ice
  • peach slices

Method
 

  1. To a large wine glass, fill with ice.
  2. Add aperol, peach nectar, prosecco and club soda. Stir with spoon.
  3. Add peach slices and enjoy!
