Nothing feels like summer quite as much as an ice-cold Peach Aperol Spritz! This easy-to-make recipe is a blend of Aperol, peach nectar, Prosecco, and club soda. Garnish with peach slices and you have not only a delicious drink, but also a beautiful presentation that will impress all of your guests!
A delicious and refreshing summer beverage
There is nothing quite like sitting on a patio or deck on a summer evening with the breeze blowing, the smell of a delicious meal cooking on the grill, and an ice-cold beverage in hand. Things get even better when the beverage in hand is a Peach Aperol Spritz!
This drink embodies the flavors of summer. With the peach nectar, the sparkling Prosecco, the fizzy club soda, and the sweet, zesty citrus flavors of the Aperol, this drink is a total treat. I mean, peach and citrus?! Yes, please! These peach spritzes have quickly become a go-to in my house, and I’ve already had guests request them! You’re going to love this recipe. Let’s get into the ingredients!
Ingredients in this Aperol peach spritz recipe
To make this Aperol spritz, you will need only 4 main ingredients. You could stop there, or you could go the extra mile and garnish with peach slices for that perfect final touch! The below ingredients are for one serving.
- Aperol: First up, you will need 3 oz of Aperol.
- Peach nectar: Then, add peachy flavor by including 3 oz of peach nectar or juice (I like Goya brand).
- Prosecco: Next, add some flavor with 4 oz of prosecco.
- Club soda: Follow that with a bit of fizz by adding 3 oz of club soda.
- Ice: Gotta have the ice! This drink is best served ice-cold.
- Peach slices: Use peach slices to garnish. 1 per glass is fine!
Bar tools needed to make this recipe
Fortunately, you don’t need much to create these spritzes! You will simply need a large wine glass, an oz measuring tool, and a spoon. No shaker required here!
How to make a peach Aperol spritz
Preparing an aperol spritz with peach nectar could not be easier. This three-step recipe comes together in under 3 minutes (for real!).
First, add ice to a large wine glass.
Add the Aperol, peach nectar, prosecco, and club soda. Stir with a spoon.
Finally, add the peach slices and enjoy!
Preparing for a crowd?
If you’d like to make this for a crowd, simply add the ingredients to a pitcher, mix, and then divide into glasses. Alternatively, you could line up wine glasses and prepare them together individually. Either option works! To prepare four drinks, use the below ingredient amounts:
- 1.5 c (12 oz) Aperol
- 1.5 c (12 oz) peach nectar/juice
- 2 c (16 oz) Prosecco
- 1.5 c (12 oz) club soda
- Ice
- ~4-8 peach slices (depending on if you use 1 or 2 per glass)
What is Aperol?
I’ve had so many people ask me this! It’s a common question. Aperol is a bitter (just like orange bitters) that comes from Italy and is used to add a citrusy flavor to beverages. It also has a pretty red orange color, making drinks look all the more appealing! It is around 11% alcohol and has a semi-sweet flavor that tastes delicious with the citrus notes.
