These peanut butter cookie dough balls are a quick no-bake treat made with peanut butter, oats, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. They have the flavor of classic peanut butter cookie dough but come together in minutes without turning on the oven, making them perfect for snacks, desserts, or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup raw cashews unsalted
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter I used salted
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour or oat flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips/pieces

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, blend cashews until very fine but not long enough that they start to turn into nut butter.
  2. Add in peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, and vanilla.
  3. Blend until ball forms, usually around 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in chocolate with spoon.
  5. Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer.
