These raw peanut butter cup freezer brownies are a no-bake treat made with just a handful of simple ingredients, including dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and oat flour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup packed medjool dates pitted medjool dates. (If hard, soak in warm water first)
  • 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until ball forms and all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Flatten into brownie pan or bread pan (depending on desired thickness - I used a bread pan to make them thicker)
  4. Add sea salt to top if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hours.
