Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 30g
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup egg white from a container so it's pasturized
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum optional but helps thicken

Method
 

  1. In a high speed blender, add ingredients as listed.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Pour into glass and serve!
