This e-book is essentially label free! Similar to my website, many of the recipes are made using healthier alternatives that you already have in your cabinet or just by simply lightening heavier dishes up. And while you’ll find that many of these recipes may be gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, paleo, or vegan, you’ll see that these recipes were created in mind with being healthier, and not specifically one diet (but don’t worry! Each recipe is clearly labeled for those of us who need to eat a certain way!).
