Trail Mix Granola Bars that you will love having on hand when hunger strikes!
I almost renamed these bars the “Everything but the kitchen sink bars” because that’s exactly what they are. No lie, I went into my refrigerator to figure out what type of nut butter I wanted to use (which I actually ended up using sunflower seed butter) and then headed straight to my pantry to figure out what add-ins I wanted.
That’s the best part about making homemade granola bars – you can add in anything that you want!
A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and you’ve got yourself your own unique creation. I’ve remade these exact same ones twice now because I love the combo I created here, but feel free to get totally creative.
Needless to say, they are very forgiving. You can’t really “mess” them up.
I love storing them in the freezer and then letting them sit out for a few minutes before digging in. They are delicious that way.
I encourage you to try these trail mix granola bars and let me know what you think! Then for any bar lover, you have to next try my Copycat Homemade Perfect Bars!
