Get ready for poolside summer days with this Easy White Sangria Recipe, a delicious blend of white wine, champagne, and 4 kinds of fruit!
A delicious sangria with white wine and fruit
On a hot day, there is nothing more delicious and refreshing than an ice cold glass of sangria! Bonus points if it’s enjoyed poolside. As the weather gets warmer and we finally start seeing 80ยฐ days, I decided to share a quick and easy white sangria recipe so that you’re ready to go when your first poolside day arrives.
This simple recipe is made with three types of sweet alcohol: white wine, champagne, and triple sec. For fruit, we’re doing a triple blend of strawberries, peaches, and pineapple, followed by some lemon slices and a dash of mint!
Ingredients in easy white wine sangria
From white wine and champagne to three types of fruit, this sangria puts emphasis on sweetness and comes through on great flavor. Here’s everything you’ll need:
- Wine: First, you’ll need 1 bottle of sweet white wine. I used Riesling!
- Champagne: Next, include 1 bottle of champagne. Any type will taste great.
- Triple Sec: Complete the liquid line up with 1/2 cup of triple sec for extra flavor!
- Fruit: For the fruit, use 8 oz each of frozen strawberries, peaches, and pineapple.
- Lemon: Follow the fruit with 1 sliced lemon.
- Mint: Finally, add fresh mint as a garnish.
As for tools, this recipe keeps it as simple as can be. All you need is a pitcher and 1/2 cup measuring cup!
How to make this easy white sangria recipe
This simple white sangria recipe requires nothing more than mixing the ingredients together in a pitcher. Here’s a breakdown:
First, layer all of the fruit in a large pitcher.
Add the wine, champagne, and triple sec and stir until well combined.
Garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!
