Your new favorite marshmallow dessert
Sometimes a sweet tooth arrives in full force but regular cookies, brownies, and cakes won’t cut it! When that’s the case, try something new like these Fluffernutter Blondies.
These delicious blondies use flour and skip the cocoa powder, creating a “blonde” spin on classic brownies. Then, we top them off with a layer of marshmallow fluff and peanut butter drizzle for extra delicious flavor!
Most of the ingredients are pantry staples, which means this recipe likely won’t require a grocery run. Check your cabinets, gather your ingredients, and treat the fam to these mouth watering marshmallow fluff treats!
Ingredients in these fluffernutter blondies
These blondies are made with everything tasty. They include regular baking ingredients like sugar, butter, vanilla, flour, and eggs, but they also sneak in peanut butter and marshmallow fluff!
- Butter: This recipe kicks off with 1.5 sticks of softened butter.
- Peanut butter: Next up is 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter. This ingredient is going to add the most delicious flavor to the blondies!
- Brown sugar: Follow the peanut butter with 1 and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. You can use light or dark brown sugar.
- Eggs: 2 eggs will help the blondies adopt the proper texture while also helping the ingredients form a batter. They can be regular or large eggs.
- Vanilla extract: Gotta have vanilla! Use 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Flour: Next up is the flour. Use 1.5 cups of your preferred all-purpose flour brand.
- Baking powder: Then, add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- Salt: Add flavor with 1/2 tsp of salt. Salt is a must!
- Peanut butter chips: Mix in 1 cup of peanut butter chips for extra delicious flavor!
- Marshmallow fluff: 1 cup of marshmallow fluff will be used as an icing.
- Drizzle: Last but not least, save 1/3 cup of natural peanut butter for drizzling on top!
If your butter is cold, try the cup trick! Simply fill a glass cup with hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes, and then pour out the water. Place the glass upside down over a standing stick of butter, enclosing the stick inside. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, and the butter will become soft!

Recipe Tips
What can I add to this recipe?
You can add anything you’d like! Ideas include chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, sprinkles, or even chopped chocolate candies.
Can I use regular sugar instead?
White sugar and brown sugar have different consistencies, and using them interchangeably will result in different textured blondies. If you only have white sugar handy, create brown sugar by adding molasses or maple syrup to it.

So good. So so good! I made these as the dessert for some friends we had over for dinner and they were a hit. Everyone devoured them. I subbed in gf flour and microwaved the PB for 20 secs in the microwave for the drizzle to make it a little easier.
