Using Hawaiian dinner rolls, mozzarella, Canadian bacon, and pineapple, these sliders bring together the best Hawaiian pizza ingredients and wrap ’em up into tasty single serving sliders. What’s not to love?! The recipe yields 12 servings, making this great for pizza night, football Sunday, or simply feeding a crowd.
Ingredients in these homemade Hawaiian pizza sliders
Each ingredient in this dish brings loads of delicious tastes. From the pizza sauce and mozzarella to the bacon and pineapple, there is no shortage of flavor here!
- Hawaiian dinner rolls: First up, you will need 1 package of Hawaiian dinner rolls. Any rolls will work, but Hawaiian rolls are the best!
- Pizza sauce: Next, 3/4 cup of pizza sauce will be the perfect amount for using across all of the rolls.
- Mozzarella: With 9 slices of mozzarella, each slider gets a delicious amount of cheesy flavor.
- Canadian bacon: Next, add protein with 16 slices of Canadian bacon.
- Pineapple: Pineapple is the magic ingredient in this recipe! Use 3/4 cup, diced.
- Butter: Make the tops of the rolls nice and glazed by using 4 tbsp of butter.
- Parmesan: 2 tbsp of parmesan will help flavor the butter.
- Garlic: Add to the butter mixture by including 1 tsp of minced garlic.
- Parsley: 1 tbsp of chopped parsley completes the butter mixture.

How to make pizza sliders with Hawaiian rolls
This recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes and yields 12 servings.
First, begin by preheating the oven to 350ยฐF and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and remove the top half.
Next, add an even layer of pizza sauce to the bottom layer of the rolls, and then add the sliced mozzarella and bacon.
Sprinkle on the diced pineapple, and place the top layer of rolls on top.
Melt the butter in a small bowl and then add the parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Brush this over the top of each roll.
Bake for 15 minutes, and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 package Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 9 slices mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices Canadian bacon
- 3/4 cup diced pineapple
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
