Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 small bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (divided)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F and grease an 8×8 pan.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mash 3 bananas. Whisk in eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined.
- Mix in half of the walnuts and half of the chocolate chips. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining walnuts and chocolate.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
