I am addicted to this granola. I have ulcerative colitis and on a very strict diet which has meant I had to eliminate all grains (really missing cereal). This is easy to make and so good as cereal, granola for yogurt and smoothie bowls! I make sure to have this on hand even for a quick morning snack as is.
Thank you for creating such wonderful recipes! Iโve made many of them and havenโt been disappointed in any of them!!!

Any suggestions to replace walnuts? The recipe looks yummy but I’m allergic to walnuts!
Erin says
Hi Lynn, you can omit them or add more of the other nuts that you can have!

So so delish and sooo easy to make! I’ve been looking for a good grain free granola forever and you really can’t find any in stores that have the good crunch and flavor of regular granolas. Would recommend mixing around halfway through cooking and leaving in the over a little longer if you don’t see it getting a light golden brown – make sure you get that crunch. I made with peanut butter instead of almond butter because that’s what I had, and it was great. Took half of the batch and handed the rest out to my friends and family and everyone gave it a glowing review!
