How to make buffalo cauliflower in the air fryer

Let’s be real, anything made in the air fryer is pretty simple! Here’s how it’s done when it comes to buffalo cauliflower.

First, preheat the air fryer to 400°F and grease the air fryer basket or tray.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, melted butter, buffalo sauce, and warm water. Stir in the garlic powder and pepper. Once combined, the mix should be thick like pancake batter.

Next, add the chopped cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the batter on top. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated on all sides.

Lay the cauliflower in the greased air fryer tray and cook for 14-16 minutes, or until it begins to turn golden brown. Serve with a side of ranch, and enjoy!

What to enjoy with air fryer buffalo cauliflower

Wondering what to pair with your buffalo cauliflower? Well, the answer lies in the activity!

For snacking:

If you’re snacking, go for some side veggies like carrots or celery (with blue cheese or more ranch, of course!). Another option? Mac and cheese!

For sports viewing:

If buffalo cauliflower is on the docket for some Sunday football, pair it with more appetizers! Think jalapeno poppers, onion rings, fries, or even baked potatoes.

For a complete meal:

Lastly, go for a more complete meal pairing by enjoying something with protein alongside your buffalo cauliflower. Ideas include pasta salad, vegetarian chili, or a good black bean or other protein-rich salad!
